Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the garments are free from gym chalk, sweat, or makeup marks.

  Label and Post

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location across the UK.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
